Due to the overwhelming popularity of the park pavilion, a lottery is held, the first Saturday in March each year, to determine who may reserve the pavilion. This year the lottery will be held on 3/4/2017. Send request between February 15 – March 3 to: City of Fort Mitchell, Attention: Park Director, 2355 Dixie Highway, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017. After Saturday, March 4th, please email Kyle Bennett the Park Director at email@example.com with the following information:
- Name, address, phone number, & email
- Dates wanted (up to three or four)
- Self addressed stamped envelope
- $30 check payable to City of Fort Mitchell (refundable) if a resident of the city
- If not a resident of the city you will need to have a $45 check (nonrefundable) for your reservation request, along with the $30 refundable check.
- This fee is new this year for our reservations for non city residents.
