Garage/Yard Sale Permit

After completing this form, information will be electronically sent to our office. You will not receive a confirmation or a hard copy. There is no charge for a garage/yard sale. Rules to abide by:

• No more than two permits may be issued to one residence during a calendar year
• Permit shall not exceed two days
• All sales must be done during daylight
• One advertisement sign allowed per sale. Signs cannot be placed on property other than the property of the residence to which the permit has been issued. Signs cannot be put on any public right-of-way
