DESCRIPTION:The City of Fort Mitchell will begin taking reservation requests today (Monday\, March 4\, 2024) from Fort Mitchell residents ONLY for the pavilion at General Ormsby Mitchel Park (261 Grandview Drive). \nThe city will begin taking reservation requests from non-residents (and residents) on Monday\, March 18\, 2024. \nThose interested in reserving the pavilion need to fill out a pavilion reservation form by going to https://fortmitchell.com/…/reserve-the-park-pavillion-2/ or stopping by the city building\, 2355 Dixie Highway. \nResidents:\nMonday-Friday ($150); Saturday-Sunday ($175) \nNon-residents:\nMonday-Friday ($175); Saturday-Sunday ($200) \nPayment options: cash\, check\, credit card. \nChecks made payable to: City of Fort Mitchell Park Shelter Rental Fee. \nPay online (extra fee) at https://secure.cpteller.com/terminal/portal/?op=wQb7HmcEG66R (select “Park Shelter Rental Fee”). \nPark Pavilion Reservation Form AND payment required to confirm reservation (NO EXCEPTIONS). \nPavilion may be reserved April 1\, 2024 – November 1\, 2024 (you are responsible for cleaning up pavilion area before leaving park). \nReminder: City of Fort Mitchell residents are given priority for dates requested. \nPlease be apprised certain dates are pre-approved for city events and organizational groups. \n2024 dates reserved:\n– Saturday\, March 16\n– Friday\, April 26\n– Tuesday\, May 14\n– Wednesday\, May 22\n– Wednesday\, June 5\n– Friday\, June 7\n– Friday\, July 5\n– Wednesday\, July 10\n– Wednesday\, July 17\n– Friday\, July 19\n– Friday\, August 9 \nReserving the pavilion does not give you exclusive use of other park amenities (baseball field\, basketball court\, parking lot\, pickleball courts\, playground area\, sand volleyball court\, soccer field\, tennis courts\, walking path). \nDates will be assigned at the Fort Mitchell City Building in the order they were received. \nA list of park rules can be found at the park and online at fortmitchell.com. \nThe city building\, located at 2355 Dixie Highway\, is open Monday – Friday\, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
