April Cleanse & Walking Challenge
April Challenge Goal: Be mindful of what you are eating. Intentionally set time aside to walk. Meet friends & get connected!
The City of Fort Mitchell & LiveWell Ft. Mitchell are collaborating to promote health in our community! For the first 14 days, of the April challenge, you are encouraged to drink a light cleanse 3x’s a day before meals. After the light cleanse phase, the goal is to walk for twelve consecutive days. Throughout the City, LiveWell has marked walking paths of distance walked. Please utilize this calendar to keep track of your progress!

Kick Off Meeting – Monday, April 1, 5:30PM, City Building
Opportunity to meet other like-minded residents who are also participating in the April Challenge!
End of Challenge – Saturday April 27, 8:30AM, Biggby Coffee
Meet others who have been mindful to incorporate healthy habits. Anyone who fully follows the cleanse and walking challenge from April 1 – April 26, can enter their name into a drawing for a prize.
