Document Destruction Day

The City of Fort Mitchell will hold a free Document Destruction Day on Saturday, October 29, 2022, from 9:00am – 12:00pm at the city building (parking lot), 2355 Dixie Highway, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017.
Items okay to shred:
– Binder clips
– Computer paper
– Copy paper
– Envelopes w/windows
– Hanging file folders
– Magazines
– Manilla folders
– Newspapers
– Notepads (no metal bindings)
– Office paper
– Paperclips
– Post-it-Notes
– Rubber bands
– Staples
Items NOT okay to shred:
– 3-ring binders
– Backup tapes
– CDs
– Cardboard/Boxes
– Computer printout binders
– Fabrics/Textiles
– Glass
– Labels
– Metal objects
– Microfiche
– Microfilm
– PC boards & hard drives
– Plastics
– Stickers
– Wood
– X-rays
