Reserve Park Pavilion

 

The City of Fort Mitchell will begin taking reservation requests on Monday, March 2, 2026 from Fort Mitchell residents ONLY for the pavilion at General Ormsby Mitchel Park (261 Grandview Drive).

The city will begin taking reservation requests from non-residents (and residents) on Monday, March 16, 2026.

Those interested in reserving the pavilion need to fill out a pavilion reservation form by going to City of Fort Mitchell General Ormsby Mitchel Park Pavilion Reservation Form 2026 or by stopping by the city building, 2355 Dixie Highway.

Residents:

Monday-Friday ($150); Saturday-Sunday ($175)
 
Non-residents:
Monday-Friday ($175); Saturday-Sunday ($200)
 
Payment options: cash, check, credit card.
 
Checks made payable to: City of Fort Mitchell with the subject Park Shelter Rental Fees.
 
Pay online (extra fee) at Online Payments (cpteller.com) (select “Park Shelter Rental Fee”).
 
Park Pavilion Reservation Form AND payment required to confirm reservation (NO EXCEPTIONS).
 
The pavilion may be reserved April 1, 2025 – November 1, 2025 (you are responsible for cleaning up the pavilion area before leaving the park).
 
Reminder: City of Fort Mitchell residents are given first priority for dates requested.
 
Please be apprised certain dates are pre-approved for city events and organizational groups.

Saturday, March 21
Wednesday, May 20
Thursday, July 2
Friday, July 3
Saturday, July 4
Friday, August 7

Reserving the pavilion does not give you exclusive use of other park amenities (baseball field, basketball court, parking lot, pickleball courts, playground area, sand volleyball court, soccer field, tennis courts, walkng path).

Dates will be assigned at the Fort Mitchell City Building in the order they were received.

  • BICYCLES RESTRICTED TO ROADWAYS ONLY
  • IN-LINE SKATES, ROLLER SKATES, SKATEBOARDS, & WHEELED RECREATIONAL VEHICLES ARE PROHIBITED
  • PUBLIC USES PLAYGROUND & EQUIPMENT WITH NO CHARGE AT THEIR OWN RISK PURSUANT TO KRS 411.190
  • NO DISORDERLY CONDUCT OR DAMAGING PARK PROPERTY
  • PARK UNDER SURVEILLANCE 24/7
